How do I add or manage events?
Open the Events tab and add a title and future date, or select events to import from Calendar. Past events appear in the expired list and can be removed by swiping left.
Why can’t I import or save calendar events?
Check Calendar permissions for the app in iOS Settings. Importing needs full access; saving needs write-only or full access. If you previously denied access, change it in Settings. Deleting an event from the app does not delete its system calendar record.
Why hasn’t my widget updated?
iOS schedules widget updates, so changes may be delayed. Tap the refresh icon in the top-right corner to request an update. Tap the event area to open the app’s Events tab. If it remains stale, tell us whether the floating window was active and which Home Screen page was visible.
Why do the different clock surfaces look or update differently?
Dynamic Island, Lock Screen and floating-window behavior depends on device support, iOS version and system state. Dynamic Island requires a supported device. Enable the relevant features in the app. Low Power Mode, a dimmed screen and background execution can affect behavior.
Why didn’t an alert sound?
Check the app’s sound settings and device volume, and consider whether a call or other audio interruption occurred. Background alerts depend on system execution. For important events, also set a system calendar or alarm reminder; do not rely on this app as your only reminder.
How do I request a refund?
Apple manages purchases and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple’s process. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.
